BET Inter Institutional Patriotic Song Competition 2008 & 62nd Independence Day Celebration

BET Inter Institutional Patriotic Song Competition 2008 was held at 5.00 p.m.  Prof. L.K. Maheshwari, Vice Chancellor BITS was the Chief Guest.  Director BET Col VN Ratnakar and Col D. Choudhury Principal welcomed the Chief Guest and the Judges Dr. VN Dhaulakhandi, Dr. Anil Rai and Sri Nagraj Sharma.  The Chief Guest lightened the Lamp and declared the competition “OPEN”. 3 residential and 5 non-residential schools participated in the competition.

Birla Sr. Sr. Sec. School             -           Joint Runners Up.

 

Non-residential Category.

Birla Shishu Vihar                     -           First

62nd Independence Day was celebrated in the School.  Col VN Ratnakar, Director BET inspected the Parade and took the Salute.  He was welcomed by Col D Choudhury, Principal. NCC Troops as well as non-NCC Troops along with Sr. Band and Jr. Band and Mounted Troops participated in the Parade.
