Workshop on Personality Development A workshop on ‘Personality Development’ was held in A.V. Room of Birla Public School on 17th Jan’09. The resource person was Col. (Retd.) D. Choudhury , Principal Birla Public School , Pilani. The workshop was inaugurated by the Director , B.E.T., by lighting the lamp at 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon and continued till 6.00 p.m. in the evening. Thirty two teachers from various schools took part in it. . The participating schools were Birla Public School, Birls Sec. Sr. School, Birla Shishu Vihar & Birla Balika Vidyapeeth . The Principals of the three schools also presented their views on the topic. The main aim of the workshop was how to groom the personality of the students. It was a very interactive session which was co-ordinated by the Principal Col (Retd.) D.Choudhury . All the participants contributed to the topic. It was accepted and ensured that well rounded personality of students is our primary duty and the aim was first to assess the present status and then discussed measures how to help our students develop as quality human beings. The Director B.E.T. Col. V.N. Ratnakar concluded the workshop with his praiseworthy remarks on the efforts made by the Principal Col (Retd.) D.Choudhury . All the teachers whole heartedly thanked the resource person of the workshop.
