All information regarding the Entrance Test will be sent to the latest address registered with us. 2. Eligibility : At the time of seeking admission for a particular class, the boy must be studying (a) One class lower (b) He must strictly meet the age requirements. 3. The School reserves the right to refuse permissions to take the Entrance Test without giving any reason. 4. The Registration Fee is not Refundable in any case. 5. The acceptance of the registration form & fee is no guarantee that the boy will be admitted and it does not involve the school in any obligation to admit the boy. 6. This form together with a Bank Draft as mentioned in the fee leaflet drawn in favour of Principal Birla Public School ,Pilani on a Bank in Pilani should be sent as early as possible. All correspondence regarding admission should be addressed to the Principal BPS ,Pilani Pin Code 333031 to receive prompt attention in a cover super scribed Admission on the left hand cover. The lower age limit for admission to Class I is 5 years. Similarly co-relation of age and the class to which admission is sought is a must. Students who are overage shall not be offered admission. Birth Certificate from the Municipal Board or a recognised Institution will be required as proof of age. Boys only will be asked to withdraw from school if at any stage it is found that the proof of age submitted is not correct. After obtaining an Application form, the same is to be sent to the Principal of the School duly filled in and signed along with a draft for Rs.1900/- for Classes I to IX & XI as Registration fee & Entrance test/Activity fee. Note: - In case form is downloaded additional Rs. 200/- is to be remitted along with the registration fees & Entrance test/Activity fee. Rs. 1900 + Rs. 200 = Rs. 2100/- Demand draft to be sent in favour of Principal, Birla Public School drawn at UCO Bank or State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur or State Bank of India or Bank of India payable at Pilani/ IPO Money Order is also accepted . Admission Tests are conducted in many centre which are published through leading National News papers. The short -listed children are interviewed by the Principal & Professional Experts on the same day. After the selection for admission, the parents are informed of the <<Fee Structure>> . Once admitted the students are introduced to a range of innovative and creative learning techniques. TEST FOR STUDENTS RESIDING OUTSIDE INDIA For students residing outside India, admission test paper can be sent to the Indian Embassy/High Commission in case the Embassy/High Commission agrees to conduct the test for the candidate and send back the answer scripts. The parents/guardians of such candidates will have to contact the Embassy/High Commission on their own. XI”
The School offers
courses for study in Engineering,
Medical, Management streams for
Class XI and XII . For admission to
Class XI, details will be available
from 1st April onwards
every year and will be provided on
enquiry. No admission will be given
to those securing CGPA less than 8
or 75% marks (which ever case may be) at
the 10th Class
Examination. When applying for
admission to Class – XI. The
combination of subjects desired is
to be mentioned as per priority. The
admission will be finalized on the
basis of performance in the written
Test & Interview. Admission
criteria may be improved at the
discussion of the Principal.

Note:
As there are limited seats in each
group, students will be allotted one
of these groups strictly on the
basis of merit and number of seats
available. The choice of 6th subject
will also be on the basis of merit
and number of seats available.
Hindi/Sanskrit( as
per student’s option) is taught upto
class X. For students of classes IX
and X the pattern of teaching is
strictly in accordance with that of
the Central Board of Secondary
Education.
In class IX the
students can choose either Hindi OR
Sanskrit along with English, Mathematics, Science, Social
Science, besides Work Experience,
Art Education and Physical Health
Education.
Professional Coaching and Counselling : Coaching is offered for IIT, JEE, BITSAT, CPMT, AFMC, NDA and Cambridge Test etc. & student Counselling by Counsellors and Guest Lecturers and specialized talks by BITS Faculty |
