CYCLE TOUR AT “RAMPURA BERI”

Geography club of our School had organized an Awareness interactive programme on 11th and 12th February 2008 Under the guidance of Mr.D.K Yadav (Tour Incharge). The club members and a group of 30 students of class IX on cycle visited at “Rampura Beri” to impart the Education Awareness programme on Various topics. The Programme Consisted of the following:-

1.                  Disaster management - land degradation, Soil Conservation, lowering of water Table.

2.                  Girl Education - child marriage, Family Planning.

3.                  Environment - The importance of forest, protection of local vegetation.

4.                  Eco-Friendly crops and Technology for Sustainable Agricultural Development - New crops like Jetropha plantation, rain fed crops,   Commercial and Medicinal plants.

Our Students got a practical experience of the learning of various topic of Geography and Socio-economic problems of the villagers and children of the village.
