IPSC under 17 Football Tournament

22^nd July 2009

On 22^nd July at 7:30 AM Inaugural ceremony of IPSC football Matches held Director BET Col.V N Ratnakar was the Chief Guest on this Occasion. The chief guest was welcomed by Principal Col. Choudhury and Madam Mrs Choudhury. The two Pilots, Cadet Kanwarpal Singh and Dev Vrat Pant escorted the Chief Guest .The Chief guest declared the UNDER 17 IPSC Soccer tournament Opened. Later he gave a small speech to encourage the young Players. The Ceremony started with the March-past of the teams. The Chief Guest took the Salute. Later Principal gave the inaugural speech and welcomed the Chief Guest and all the teams and their teacher escorts. Finally the inaugural match was played between BPS Pilani and Dony Polly School Itanagar. The match was very interesting as both the teams played nicely, but finally Dony Poly won by 3-2.

In the other match between Military School Ajmer Vs ILKS Gotan. Military school Ajmer won the match by 4-1.

In the afternoon two matches were played. In the first match played between Lawrence School Sanawar and MPS Lawrence defeated mps

by 10-0.

Another Match played between Pine grove Shimla vs Brcm Bahal Pine grove won the Match by 3-1.

23^rd July 2009

In the exciting match played in the morning between Doiny polo Itanagar vs Military school Sujanpur. Donyi Polo won the match by 2-0.

Second Match was played between BPS Pilani VS Sainik School Sujanpur. It started at 6.00 PM .It was must for our team to win in this match to enter into quarterfinal. Our players took it as a challenge and finally won the match by 4-2.

24^th July 2009 QUARTER FINALS

On 24 morning BRCM played with Lawrence School Sanawar .In which Lawrence school won the match by 6-0 aAnd enter into semifinals.

The second match was played between Pine grove and MPS Delhi, in which Pine grove won by 5-1 and enter into semifinals.

In the evening two quarter finals matches were played

The first quarter final match was played between BPS Pilani and Military School Ajmer. BPS won the match by 1-0, and enters into semifinals.

The second match was played between LKS Gotan and Donyi Polo. In which the match result was finalized through plenty shootouts. In this match LKS finally enters into the semifinals by beating Donyi Polo by 3-1.

Thus the four teams for the semifinals matches are

25^th July 2009 (SEMIFINALS)

Teej festival was celebrated by families of the Staff club

The first semifinal match was played between BPS PILANI and LKS GOTAN. In this match BPS PILANI defeated LKS GOTAN by 4-0 and enters into the finals.

The second semifinal was played between Pine Grove and Lawrence school Sanawar. In this Match Lawrence school Sanawar defeated Pine grove by 4-0 and enters into finals.

FINAL MATCH OF UNDER 17 IPSC SOCCER

On 26 July 27, 2009 it was the long awaited movement when we saw our team playing the final match. The Chief Guest on this Occasion was Col. D Choudhury the Principal of the School along with Madam Mrs.Choudhury. They were welcomed by the Bursar, and both the headmasters. In the beginning the two pilots of NCC army wing escorted them. The match begun and it was one of the best Final in which both the teams put their efforts to win the match, but finally BPS has lost the match by 4-0.

We put all efforts but ultimately the best wins. The Lawrence school Sanawar became the Champion and won the IPSC Under 17, football Competition. Mrs Choudhury gave away the prices and certificates to all the players. Finally Col D Choudhury The Principal of the school and the Chief Guest gave the Runners up trophy to BPS and the Winners trophy to Lawrence School Sanawar. Finally in his speech he appreciated the efforts put in by the teams and staff and praised one and all for putting such a wonderful matches. The chief Guest declared the IPSC Under 17 football competition closed. Bursar Col Shokat Ali presented the vote of thanks

IPSC under 14 Football Tournament 27^th JULY 2009 As the under 17 football tournament ended, we were prepared to Organize under 14 football tournament. The Chief Guest on this Occasion was Mr.V.N.Dhaulakhandi, Director Birla Museum Pilani. The Chief Guest was received by Principal, Bursar and Headmaster Middle Section .The Opening Match was played between Birla Public School Pilani and Maan Public School Pilani. the Match was won By BPS Pilani by 4-1. The Second match was played between Vallabh Ashram Gujrat and Phoenix Public School Belgaum. This Match was won by Phoenix public School by 3-1. 28^th July 2009 In the morning two matches were played The first match was played between BPS Pilani Vs Dely College Indore .The match ended in a draw with a score of 1-1 each. The Second Match was played between Vallabh Ashram Gujrat Vs Pine Grove Shimla. The Match was won by Vallabh Ashram Gujrat by 4-0 In the Evening two Matches were played. The First Match was played between Modern School Delhi and Phoenix Public School Belgaum. The Match was won by Phoenix School Belgaum by 3-0. The Second match was played between MPS DELHI VS BRCM BAHAL THE MATCH WAS WON BY MPS. . 29^th JULY 2009 Match was played between BPS Pilani and BRCM Bahal. BPS Won the match by 7-0. The Second Match was played between Modern School Delhi vs Vallabh Ashram Gujart. In which Vallabh Ashram Gujrat won the Match by 6-0. In the Evening Two Matches were played The First Match was played between Daly College Indore Vs Maan Public School, In this Match Daily College Indore Won the Match by 5-0. The Second Match was played between Phoenix Public School Belgaon Vs Pine Grove Dharampur. This Match was won by Phoenix Public School by 3-0. Thus in this league cum Knock out matches the four teams which are selected for the Semifinals are.- BPS PILANI PHOENIX PUBLIC SCHOOL BELGAON VALLABH ASHRAM GUJRAT DELY COLLEGE INDORE. THESE TEAMS WILL PLAY THE SEMIFINALS ON 30^th JULY 2009. 30^th JULY 2009 The first semifinal was played between BPS PILANI and Phoenix Public School Belgaon. It was a tough match for BPS, but finally BPS won the match by 4-3.The winning goal was scored by BPS Pilani in the last minute of the match. The second semifinal was played between Vallabh ashram Gujrat and Daly college Indore. The match was won by Vallabh ashram Gujrat. Thus at the end of the day the two teams which enters for the finals are.- BPS PILANI AND VALLABH ASHRAM GUJRAT. 31^st July , 2009 FINAL MATCH 31 July 2009 was a big day fir the BPS, as we were on the final day of the IPSC Under 14 football tournament. The Chief Guest on this occasion was Mr. Ajay Pal Lamba (IPS) Superintendent of Police Jhunjunu, Raj. The Chief Guest was welcomed by Principal Col D Choudhury along with Bursar Headmaster Middle and Junior Section. Now it’s the time to begin the Final Match between BPS PILANI and VALLABH ASHRAM GUJRAT. It was indeed a very Interesting Match as both the teams have put in their best efforts to enter in the Finals. Both the teams tried their best to score a goal but none of them were able to score. Finally the winner was decided on the basis of plenty shootout. In which BPS Pilani won the Match by 3-2. BPS have one the trophy of IPSC Under 14 Soccer tournament for the year 2009-2010.Vallabh Ashram Gujrat were the Runners up and Phoenix School Belgaon were placed third. The Chief Guest Mr Ajay Pal Lamba distributed the Prices to the winning and runners up team. He in his speech appreciated the efforts put in by BPS to organize Such a Tourna anent of National fame. Principal Col Choudhury presented a School Memento to the Chief Guest. The IPSC Tournament was finally declared closed. By the Chief Guest and the IPSC flag was given back to the IPSC Commissioner Mr S.S.Joon.
