                                                             Lecture on Astrophysics

A lecture on Astrophysics was delivered by Pro. Yogesh Wadadekar, Senior Scientist in Pune branch of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre on Monday, 17th April 2011 in the Vijay Hall at 3.00 pm and 4.30 pm respectively. It was attended by Middle Section boys (class VII, VIII and IX) and Senior Section boys (class X, XI and XII). 50 boys from Birla School, escorted by teachers, also attended the programme. The children were highly benefited by the above lecture and also asked a number of questions out of curiosity which were duly answered by the Professor.
