Madam Maria Montessori ‘s birthday was celebrated in Junior Section. Prof R K Mittal Deputy Director BITS was the Chief Guest. The Chief Guest was welcomed by Principal Col D. Choudhury Mrs. Choudhry, and Headmaster Junior Section. The Programme started with Hockey on Skates followed by PT Display by Junior Section Boys. After this outdoor events the chief Guest and other Guests entered the Assembly Hall which was designed by Madam Montessori when she was in Pilani. The Programme  started with the Morning Prayer which was written by famous poet Shri Maithili Sharan Gupt for Birla Public School ,i.e. “Ishwar Hame Samarth Bana De”. After the prayer  students presented  variety entertainment Programme which was indeed a mind blowing effort  by the junior kids. The Chief Guest appreciated the efforts made by the teachers and students and congratulated the students and staff for putting up such a nice show. Finally the Chief guest gave away the Prizes for the Year 2008-2009.On this occasion Director BET Col. V.N. Ratnakar was also present . Director congratulated the staff for the excellent exhibition.
