Shriyukta Shri S.K. Birlaji & Smt Sumangla Birlaji’s visit

The trustees Sriyukta Shri S.K Birla and his gracious lady Smt Sumanglaji Birla visited the school today. They witnessed an outdoor programme which comprised of yoga display and horse riding display. Later in the afternoon Shriyuktha Shri Birlaji addressed all the Sr. teacher of Birla School Pilani, Birla Balika Vidyapeeth and BPS and the class 12 students of the above mentioned schools at Vijay Hall.

Speaking on the occasion Shri Birlaji stressed on the role of education and specially the English education in the changing global scenario. He appealed to the teachers and the students on the values of honesty. He said the students of this generation must take a pledge to weed out corruption from all walks of life and only this would make India a global super power.

Earlier in the programme the Principal Capt. Mr. A. Sen welcomed the trustees, the teachers and the students. Later Shri Birlaji had an interactive session with the students. The students posed various questions and Shri Birlaji replied to their queries. The programme ended with good wishes and blessings from the trustees.
